"Got the wrong item in my order"
I ordered from roninwear.us and the package showed up quick, which was nice. But one of the items were the wrong size and color, so that was kind of annoying. Support did get back to me eventually, but it took longer than I was hoping. Overall, not the worst experience, but they really need to be more careful with getting orders right.

"Fast replies, super easy"
I had a quick question about my order and they got back to me much faster than I thought they would. The answer actually made sense too, not one of those copy-paste replies you sometimes get. made the whole process painless, especially compared to some other shops where you’re just... yeah. I’d definitely order from RoninWear again.

"International shipping turned out okay"
I was a little excited waiting for it to arrive, then got kind of frustrated when it came a bit late. But once it finally showed up, I felt relieved because the international shipping was still good overall.

I was in one of those slightly frustrated moods after finding the same couple of items sold out everywhere else, so it was a nice surprise when roninwear.us actually had them available. The ordering process was straightforward, and I didn’t have to sit around waiting for a restock. Felt good about the whole thing in the end, and I’d definitely check here again next time.

"Solid shop, order went fine tbh"
Ordered from roninwear.us and it all went smoothly. The site was easy enough to figure out, payment worked with no issues, and I got updates along the way without having to chase anyone, which was nice ngl.

My stuff showed up in good condition and was exactly what I expected. Shipping took a normal amount of time, no drama or weird delays. Overall I’m happy with it and would def order from them again.

"Returns were a bit of a pain"
The product itself was fine, but the return process was kind of frustrating. It felt slow and a little confusing, and I had to email more than once just to get the exchange details. The refund also took longer than I expected. Anyway, I’d probably order again if I knew I was keeping the item, but the returns experience definitely needs some work.

"Polite support, but I still didn’t get much help"
I’m just trying to be honest here, and this is based on my actual order, not me trying to complain for no reason. The customer service person was polite enough, so I’m not saying they were rude or anything like that.
But the help itself felt limited. I had to ask again and still didn’t really get a clear answer, which was frustrating. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it also wasn’t especially helpful for what I needed.

"Prices seemed fair to me"
The prices were good and I don’t really have any complaints. I was kind of expecting to spend more, especially since everything feels weirdly expensive these days, don’t even get me started on grocery prices. But yeah, overall it felt fair and I was happy with it.

I tried using a few coupons and some of them worked, but the deals weren’t anything special. A couple discounts didn’t apply the way I expected, so I ended up reaching out to customer service to get it looked at. It’s not the worst experience, but if the savings are advertised, they should be more consistent...

"Shipping was crazy fast"
I ordered from roninwear.us why can’t every online store ship like this? I was expecting to wait around for a while, but my stuff showed up in just a few days. Everything was packed properly, nothing was messed up, and there were zero weird issues to deal with. It’s kind of refreshing because shipping is usually the part that annoys me the most. Definitely would order from them again.

"started off okay, but didn’t hold up"
i got a rashguard from roninwear and it seemed decent when it first arrived. the fit and look were fine, and shipping was no problem. but after just a few washes, the stitching started to come loose and the fabric felt noticeably thinner. i’m not even training super intensely, so i expected it to last a bit longer. overall, it was okay at first, but the durability just wasn’t there for me.

"Fits nice and feels comfy"
i mean, I’m happy with my order from roninwear.us. The fit is just right for me, not too tight and not all loose or baggy. The fabric feels good when I’m training and moving around, and I haven’t noticed any weird rubbing or stiffness. I’ve worn it a few times already and still really like it.

"Pretty impressed with the quality"

"Surprisingly good gear selection"
I’ll give Roninwear credit where it’s due, they actually have a really solid selection of gear. I found a few brands and sizes that, for some reason, are usually impossible to find all in one place elsewhere. The site was easy enough to browse, which is always nice when you don’t feel like going on a scavenger hunt just to buy training stuff. Plenty of options, decent experience overall, and yes, I’d probably buy from them again.
